What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Is parking free?
Yes — free underground parking for 35 cars plus 12 outdoor spaces in front of the hotel. No reservation needed.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is served at Al Khan Restaurant — hot buffet from $30 per person with halal, vegetarian, and vegan options. Whether breakfast is included depends on your rate; direct bookings on this site include a complimentary breakfast option.
Do you have family rooms?
Yes — the Standard Triple sleeps three. For larger families, the Deluxe Room connects to the adjacent Standard Room (subject to availability) — book both for a connecting suite.
How far is the hotel from Manarah Square?
City Inn Palace is a 15-minute walk from Manarah Square. We are at the gateway between Ramallah and Al-Bireh on Al-Shrafa Street.
How far from Jerusalem and Bethlehem?
Old City of Jerusalem: 18 km (45 min by car, depending on checkpoints). Bethlehem (Church of the Nativity): 23 km (1 hour). Queen Alia International Airport: 85 km.
Do you offer airport shuttle?
Yes — airport shuttle is available on request, with a paid surcharge. Contact reservations to arrange.
Do you have meeting and event halls?
Yes — four halls on site: Al-Sharafah (up to 180 guests), Al-Khan (up to 60), Al-Riwaq (up to 25), Al-Karmal (up to 22). Full A/V, catering, and event coordination available.
Can I host my wedding here?
Yes — Al-Sharafah Hall accommodates up to 180 wedding guests. Packages include bridal stage and styling, hot and cold buffets, complimentary Deluxe Room overnight for the couple, discounted guest rates, and full event coordination. See the Weddings page for the full package.
