A family hotel at the gateway to Al-Bireh / Ramallah

City Inn Palace Hotel sits at the gateway between Al-Bireh and Ramallah, a fifteen-minute walk from Manarah Square and minutes from the city's banking and government centres. We host leisure travellers, business guests, corporate and conference delegates, and wedding parties — all under one roof. Last renovated in 2025, with secure underground parking for 35 cars, fast fiber Wi-Fi (1:1, 100/100 Mbps) throughout, the much-loved Al Khan Restaurant, a café with hookah service, a terrace, and four event halls accommodating from 10 up to 180 guests.

We've welcomed leisure travellers, business guests, corporate and conference delegates, and wedding parties since the year 2000 — quietly building a reputation for warm service, value, and a location that puts the entire city within reach.

City Inn Palace Hotel has built its standing through 25 years of consistent hospitality — an intimate property that became a quiet fixture for tourism, government, and private-sector business in Ramallah and Al-Bireh. We're known for an authentic, unfussy design and easy-to-access facilities. The lobby has a calm, away-from-the-city feel; the kitchen serves food in our own homemade style; and the team — most fluent or proficient in English — is among the most experienced in the country. Since December 2014, the hotel has been under the management of Orient Hotel Management, who have led the renovation of rooms, restaurants, and event halls, and continue to keep our facilities aligned with current industry standards.

We are a family-owned hotel — proudly so — and have been welcoming guests since 2000. We are not the largest property in the city, and we don't try to be. What we work on, every day, is the simple things: a clean room, a warm welcome, a quiet night's sleep, and a breakfast worth waking up for. When you stay with us, you are not a reservation number. You are our guest.

Our team is here for you around the clock. If something is not right during your stay, please tell us — at the front desk, by phone, or directly to me. We would much rather hear about it while you are here than read about it after you leave, because we genuinely want to make it right.
